Cudeman is a brand that has managed to maintain the semiartesanal knife tradition of Albacete since the 17th century. The company was founded by Domingo Cudeman in 1981, who had previously worked as a cutler for other brands in the region. With his knowledge and experience, Cudeman set out to create a brand that would embody the traditional values and techniques of knife making in Albacete.

Today, Cudeman knives are still made using traditional methods that have been passed down from generation to generation. From forging and grinding to handle making and finishing, every step of the process is done with precision and skill.
